Our maintenances contracts are based on a simple form where the costumer can know how much goes to pay for the maintenances services.
​All our contracts bring clause that says if for any reason the costumer is not satisfied with the services you can cancel the contract at any time without penalty only with warn whenever there are thirty days before.
Maintenances Contracts:
Elevator 2 stop in acceptable conditions $60.00/mount
Elevator 3 stop in acceptable conditions $80.00/mount
​Elevator 4 stop in acceptable conditions $100.00/mount
Elevator 5 stop in acceptable conditions $120.00/mount
​ Six stop thereafter are $10  additional for each floor
